c) The Federal Act of 1996 establishes national standards to protect medical records and other health information. The Act has three main rules to protect patients’ health information:(HIPAA)
-The Privacy Rule
-The Security Rule 
-The Breach Notification Rule.
Ensuring compliance with each one of these rules, in addition to complying with our standard procedures for the completion of each of the projects, following the guidelines for the correct entry of data into the electronic data capture system, in full correspondence with the information collected at the source of each of the subjects.

Managing a constant flow of information with the Sponsors of the studies ensuring that all projects are executed away from ethical misconduct for clinical studies, with a transparent communication, safe and above all fast and effective, answering ASAP, all concerns that may arise during the realization of an investigative project.

Contribute to the development of a scientific base in which current and future generations will be favored by each one of the data that are compiled and summarized for our sponsors, with the sole purpose of scientific benefit.
